Established in 2013, Yatai Building Materials Research & Development Center (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Center’) is a technology research and development center that combines building materials product research & development, technical development, technical consulting and technical extension service together.
The Center has successfully researched and developed products such as oil well cement, special low alkali road cement for airport and high-speed rail, cement for dam, moderate heat nuclear power cement and pervious concrete based on its tests and researches of the past years and by closely relying on four provincial level technology centers, namely Yatai Harbin Cement Technology Center, Yatai Shuangyang Cement Technology Center, Yatai Mingcheng Cement Welding Center and Shenyang Building Materials Technology Center affiliated to Yatai Group, as well as provincial level laboratories such as Yatai Shuangyang Laboratory and Shenyang Commercial Concrete Laboratory plus the professional technical force from scientific research universities and colleges in this area. These products have been widely applied in Daqing Oilfield, Changchun Longjia International Airport, Harbin-Dalian High-speed Rail, subways in the three northeast provinces of China, and east-to-west water transfer project in Liaoning Province...

　　目前整个研发团队共6人，其中：水泥工艺专业高级工程师2人，建筑材料专业高级工程师1人；研究生以上学历3人。研发中心先后与武汉工学院、中国矿业大学、沈阳建筑大学、长春理工学院等高校建立联系，与知名教授保持密切合作关系，达到人才和信息资源共享。

 Yatai Real Estate Product Research and Development Center (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Center’) is a design research & development department combines technical extension & training, project design management, design quality control, product research & development and building technology research & development together.

  In 2016, this team formulated more than 10 research & development plans based on the goal of practical project demand and by insisting on the research & development concept of getting benefits in the process of using. Such research & development plans mainly include: research & compilation of Construction Scheme for Assembled Monolithic Shear-wall Structure, Special Construction Scheme for Shear-wall Sleeve Grouting, A Guide for Superstructure Standardized Design and A Guide for Optimal Design of Upper Floor Structure; the provincial and city level construction methods approval formality of Prefabricated Stair Precise Positioning Construction Methods has been completed; the publication and distribution of Liaoning provincial local standard Prefabricated Housing Full Decoration Technical Regulations; the research and completion of Intelligent Design Standards of Residential Quarters and Residential Plumbing Design Requirements and Standards.

Established in 2006, Pharmaceutical Research and Development Center (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Center’) is a pharmaceutical research and development institution focuses on research of biotech drug, modern Chinese medicine and health food. The Center currently has more than 40 research & development staff, the advanced research & development equipments and the Pilot Plant complies with GMP certification standard. Ongoing research projects cover short-term, medium-term and long-term projects, among which, the first class national new drug — Human Avian Influenza H5N1 Inactivated Influenza Virus Vaccines (Vero cell) has been awarded the approval document for drug clinical trial by China Food and Drug Administration, and currently is in the phase I clinical trial; the Microcarrier Rabies Vaccine project has completed all preclinical studies and is declaring and applying for the approval document for drug clinical trial; MDCK Cell Seasonal Influenza Vaccine project and Human Diploid Cell Rabies Vaccine project are in the research & development process, and also have been successively received ‘Adaptation Methods for Influenza Virus Vaccine Strains on Vero Cell’……

　　医药产业现已形成五大技术平台，包括三个生物技术平台（病毒在Vero细胞上适应筛选平台、罐培养技术平台、大规模病毒纯化平台）、中药质量标准与工艺研究平台和保健食品质量标准与工艺研究平台，拥有化学博士后1人，博士6人，硕士研究生20人。
