Adhere to Xi jinping thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a new era and the spirit of the 19th CPC national congress as the guide，staying true to our original aspiration and have our mission always in mind， Yatai Group party committee and Labor union will fully implement the general requirements for party building. Based on "service center, team building and facilitating development"，we will widely carry out activities of "innovation for excellence" and carry forward the Yatai culture of " positive and ambitious, happy and harmonious". Those have played a supporting and guaranteeing role of party and mass organization in the process of promoting the development of Yatai Group.
Yatai Group party committee has been rewarded as “Outstanding Organization with solid foundation by Work Committee Office Directly under Jilin Province”, “Learning Party organization advanced unit” and “Changchun advanced party organization” for many years. The Labor Union is also entitled as the “National model worker’s home” together with other honorary titles. Yatai group awarded the "national May Day labor award" issued by All China Federation of Trade Union.
At present, Yatai Group has more than 2100 communist party members, over150 party organizations at all levels, and over 600 active members of the Party. There are over 20000 union members and over 60 grass-roots labor union organizations.
