Yatai Real Estate Product Research and Development Center (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Center’) is a design research & development department combines technical extension & training, project design management, design quality control, product research & development and building technology research & development together.
In 2016, this team formulated more than 10 research & development plans based on the goal of practical project demand and by insisting on the research & development concept of getting benefits in the process of using. Such research & development plans mainly include: research & compilation of Construction Scheme for Assembled Monolithic Shear-wall Structure, Special Construction Scheme for Shear-wall Sleeve Grouting, A Guide for Superstructure Standardized Design and A Guide for Optimal Design of Upper Floor Structure; the provincial and city level construction methods approval formality of Prefabricated Stair Precise Positioning Construction Methods has been completed; the publication and distribution of Liaoning provincial local standard Prefabricated Housing Full Decoration Technical Regulations; the research and completion of Intelligent Design Standards of Residential Quarters and Residential Plumbing Design Requirements and Standards.
