In August 2013, Yatai Group was identified by the Ministry of human resources and social security as the " National Employment Training Demonstration Base " to make group companies and their enterprises in the recruitment and training of university graduates, not only to fulfill the social responsibility of "relieving employment pressure" as a public company, but also to enjoy the support of government subsidies. By the end of 2017, 5.08 million yuan of internship subsidy funds have received, which has played a positive role in promoting the recruitment and training of college students in Yatai Group.
Yatai Group gave full play to its overall resource advantages. While developing job placement positions, it strictly enforced the requirements of national, provincial, and municipal governments on the management of job placement bases and recruiting standards for intern trainees, and standardized and strengthened the training and management of apprentices. Raise the benefits of the trainee, promote the improvement of the employability of trainees, and meet the needs of talents. Combined with the recruitment plan of enterprise graduates, we organized Jilin Pharmacy and Yatai Supermarket to recruit 73 trainee students in 2017, which obtained Changchun City Government Employment Training Subsidy of 1.2737 million yuan, and accumulatively obtained 6.35 million yuan of training subsidy funds in total.
