On November 10, the “two-photon -Stimulated Emission Depletion (STED) Composite microscope” developed by the National Key R&D Program Digital Diagnostic Equipment was officially launched in Changchun. The project was led by Jilin Yatai Bio-pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. and Suzhou Medical Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences, under the guidance of the biotechnology development center of the ministry of science and technology. The project partners are Yatai Bio-pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd., Suzhou Medical Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences, more than 10 units, with a total budget of 102.22 million yuan.
The project will be settled in Yatai Pharmaceutical Industrial Park, Yatai Group's subsidiary, Yatai Bio-pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd., undertook the construction of industrialized supporting facilities in the project, as well as prototype and small batch trial production, which will lay the foundation for the industrialization and large-scale application of this microscopy engineering. At the same time, the start of the project will help promote the development of the high-end medical device industry and promote the implementation of the strategy of “big health+big platform+big projects+big services” in our province, making the big health industry in our province a new economic growth point and a pillar industry, and to make new and greater contributions on deepening medical reform, transformation and upgrading, benefiting the people, and revitalizing Jilin.
