The Signing Scene
According to the cooperation project agreement, to be adapt to the pharmaceutical industry development, Yatai Group agrees that its wholly-owned subsidiary Jilin Yatai Group Pharmaceutical Investment Co., Ltd. will contribute the capital of RMB 75 Million Yuan in fixed assets and cash to set up Yatai Zhongke Advanced Medical Equipment Engineering Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Yatai Zhongke Institute”).
Yatai Zhongke Institute is planned to be established with joint sponsors of Yatai Pharmaceutical Investment Co., Ltd., Changchun Guoke Medical Professionals Technology Development Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of SIBET, CAS) and Changchun Jingcheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of The First Hospital of Jilin University). With the main business scope of medical equipment technology enterprise incubator, medical equipment technology project investment, medical equipment technology consultation, technology transfer and technology service, Yatai Zhongke Institute will have RMB 100 Million Yuan registered capital, and Yatai Pharmaceutical Investment Co., Ltd. will become the first majority shareholder with the 75% equity in Yatai Zhongke Institute.
After being established, Yatai Zhongke Institute will be responsible for the pilot plant test incubation and transformation & implementation of the technical achievements generated by the three parties’ cooperation or the technical achievements introduced externally; Yatai Pharmaceutical Investment Co., Ltd. will have the priority to undertake the technology and product to be produced by Yatai Zhongke Institute and also will be responsible for the industrialization.
The signing of this cooperation project agreement marks the officially launch of Jilin Provincial advanced medical equipment engineering platform project. This also is a milestone event in respect of the cooperation between the industry, research and medical parties. These three parties are expected to make persistent efforts on the new historical starting point, make best use of their complementary advantages, seize the opportunity, ride the tide and work together to create the bright future of big health industry.
