"I am a shareholder: small and middle business investors join Yatai Group" event, organized by Shanghai Stock Exchange and Jilin Securities Joint Regulatory Bureau and major mainstream media, including Hubei TV, CBN, Shanghai Securities News and Securities Times, CBN Radio, Popular Securities News and Economic Information Daily, was held on August 19, 2015 in the Press Room on the fourth floor of Yatai Company.

The event was attended by almost 50 small and middle business investors, leaders from Shanghai Stock Exchange and Jilin Securities Joint Regulatory Bureau, Song Shanglong, the Chairman and President of Yatai Group, Sun Xiaofeng, the Deputy Chairman and Vice President, Liu Shusen, the Executive Vice President and Chief Accountant, Qin Yin, the Secretary of the Board and other related persons.

During the event, Song Shanglong, the Chairman and President of Yatai Group, delivered a keynote speech, reminisced upon the development history of Group Company, introduced the current situation of the core industries, investment and financing, and talked about the Group Company future prospects.

Chen Zhiyong, Deputy Director of Investor Education Department of Shanghai Stock Exchange presented Song Shanglong, the Chairman and President of Yatai Group with commemorative "I am a shareholder" crystal cup.

Yatai Group leaders engaged in communication with the investors and provided detailed answers to 15 questions raised by the investors.

After the conclusion of the event, Song Shanglong, the Chairman and President of Yatai Group, was interviewed by the media.
