Senior management team of CRH Ireland pays a visit to Yatai Group

On October 7, CEO of CRH Ireland, Yatai Group partner company, Mr. Albert Manifold, paid a visit to Yatai Group. He was accompanied by N. Hartery, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Directors D.A. McGovern and E.J. Bärtschi, Meng Naitian, Asia Regional President, Hua Jinsheng, China Regional President and six other members of senior level management. Song Shanglong, the Chairman and President of Yatai Group, together with Liu Shusen, the Executive Vice President , Xu Defu, the Deputy Chairman and Vice Presidents Tian Kuiwu and Zhai Huaiyu received Mr. Manifold and his team.

Yatai Group started cooperation with CRH in 2009 and established a joint venture company, Jilin Yatai Group Building Material Investment Co., Ltd., mainly engaged in manufacturing of clinker, cement, ready-mixed concrete, precast, aggregates, etc., leader in the building materials industry in Northeastern China and with operations spread over Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning. During this visit, Mr. Manifold and his team visited Yatai Group affiliate engaged in cement manufacturing in Shuangyang District and exchanged opinions with Mr. Song Shanglong and other senior management members of Yatai Group. Both parties talked about the current development and future prospects of their joint venture company, further deepened cooperation and expressed their firm belief in the future development of both the joint venture company and the collaboration between the two parties.
